Full and Part Time Positions Available
We are a residential treatment center for students assigned female at birth. Our program is small - with only 20-24 students at a time. Students live with us for an average of one year - so we have time to get to know and really help our students. Our staff focus on building relationships and helping students to make positive choices.
Our mentor staff are the front line in the care and safety of the students and are instrumental in helping students to improve their communication, manage anxiety, improve self-esteem and make more productive choices. This is an ideal situation for students who might struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma or attachment issues.
We are grateful for the opportunities we have to make an impact in these young lives. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing positive change in a young life and being a part of that.
