Anthony Hoff, AMFT earned a Bachelor of Science. in family studies from Brigham Young University and a Master of Science. in marriage and family therapy from Texas Tech University. Anthony is a licensed associate marriage and family therapist in Utah. Anthony has served couples, families, and individuals in the public and private sector experiencing depression, anxiety, relational struggles, body-image issues, betrayal trauma, communication challenges, reconciliation, parenting problems, parent-child relationships, sexual identity, school problems, compulsive sexuality, and more. Between 2015 and 2019 Anthony facilitated addiction recovery groups, assisting others in managing and overcoming compulsive behaviors.

Anthony brings a thoughtful, calm, and caring presence to therapy. As a father of three daughters and with six years of volunteer experience with children and teens, Anthony is gifted in connecting and working with older children, teens, and emerging/young adults. Anthony utilizes systemic, humanistic, and client-centered therapeutic approaches. Anthony also utilizes a combination of cognitive, emotion-focused, and behavioral interventions, depending on client need, age, and assessment.

Anthony enjoys going on adventures with family, woodworking and home projects, baking, creating art, and living each day with mindfulness and gratitude.
